When it comes to pumping iron and sweating buckets, Ariel Winter is no stranger to an intense workout. She’s proved her dedication to treating her body like a temple, and she has no problem accepting the prayers of her many worshipers by posting her workout videos on Instagram.
Most of us don’t take workout videos at all, but then again, most of us don’t have a body like Winter does.
For her latest video, she extolls the virtues of having a personal trainer by showing us what hellish torture he inflicts upon her. Just look at her sweat through her tight grey leggings which conform to every inch of those toned thighs, while her grey tank top is loose and breathable up top.

A light blue sports bra keeps the ladies at bay while she’s pumping iron and hitting the treadmill.
Most of her latest snapshots come with the “@mackfit” caption, plugging her personal trainer. No word on whether or not that’s part of their training contract, but we’re sure he doesn’t mind the publicity. Winter has 3.8 million followers on Instagram and counting. Surely a few of them are in the Los Angeles area and are looking for the same kind of workout Winter is being subjected to.
Just watching her, you can feel the burn without even moving. Her video shows her performing donkey kicks (or “kneeling kickbacks” if you prefer the more mule-appreciative term), leg presses, and the dreaded weighted lunges. Winter is definitely a girl that doesn’t skip legs day.

With her hair tied in a ponytail, the brunette grimaces through her training like a true champion, eyes never leaving the prize. That prize, by the way, is a derriere that has single-handled landed her millions of followers on social media. That, and her penchant for speaking her mind with a carefree attitude reserved for the young and rebellious.
Of course, a workout vid isn’t all that Winter’s posted lately. Her Leeloo Halloween costume is an homage to The Fifth Element, a movie that came out the year before Winter was born. It goes to show just how timeless a movie it is for a millennial to base an entire costume around.
