Though the hidden camera was hidden at a Jollibee SM branch’s restroom, it was obviously installed by a third party.

Hidden cameras are everywhere. In workplaces, in businesses, and even at home for safety purposes. However, there may be legal limits on the places where cameras can be placed, as well as notice requirements and limits on the extent to which surveillance can occur.

The hidden camera video craze is quickly taking over our culture. Shows with the use of hidden cameras to play a prank on celebrities appeal to the public, making hidden camera shows boom. While the appeal of hidden cameras is undeniable, information regarding their use can involve an issue of privacy.

There have been numerous reports in recent years that revealed how perverts and voyeurs install hidden cameras in changing rooms, public showers, and toilets. These incidents have raised concern, and women are warned to be vigilant when changing or relieving themselves in public toilets.

A recent post on Facebook has caught the attention of many netizens. According to the netizen, she found a hidden camera disguised as a USB in one of SM Jollibee’s restrooms. She then took the camera home and found several videos saved in the said camera, showing numerous people pull their pants down and relieve themselves. The videos stored in the device were from different comfort rooms and were not from the said Jollibee branch alone.

Women and men are warned to be vigilant when going to changing rooms or comfort room to relieve themselves. These cameras can be well-hidden and not easily seen, but people are warned to extra careful when doing so.
