27-year-old Woman to Be the First Female to Travel Every Country in the World—196 all-in-all!


One of the things people put on their bucket list is to get on a road trip and travel to different places without a worry. One reason why many people cannot travel to places they want to, is probably lack of funds.

Her travelling fees are paid by sponsors!

Travelling the world may be fun, but it costs a lot! But this 27-year-old woman is lucky to have sponsors backing her up as she travel every single country in the planet.

Cassandra De Pecol aims to be the first woman to travel all 196 countries in the world and break the Guinness world book of records.

Since July 2015, Cassandra has already travelled 181 countries, and with just 40 days left, she still has to travel at least 15 countries!

If she pulls it off, she will break the Guinness World Record for the fastest person to travel to all Sovereign States (plus an additional 11 countries). Her amazing journey is called ‘Expedition196’ and she’s traveling as an Ambassador for Peace on behalf of the International Institute for Peace through Tourism.

Yes, all her travelling expenses will be paid by sponsors, and she uses Instagram as a platform for advertising in exchange for free accommodation. She brings new meaning to a ‘travelling the world’.
